If you’re struggling to get things done regularly and stay disciplined

What should you do?

Let’s assume I’m coaching you and I told you to do some tasks every day but you find them hard to include in your current lifestyle.

In this case, I would recommend you start with fundamental activities, and the goal of these activities is not to do a lot in a day.

But to do them every day.

So let’s start with the most basic thing which is waking up and going to sleep at a particular time.

And why have I chosen this? Because there is no work included in these two activities

All you have to do is wake up at sunrise and go to sleep 1 hour after sunset and you cannot sleep during the day.

Please do this for 1 week, here are some hacks to easily wake up in the morning, set an alarm and put it far from the bed so you have to stand and close the alarm.

After you stop the alarm wash your face with cold water and immediately go outside in natural light and spend 15-30 minutes outside.

This will help you to stay awake.

After 1 week you’ll enjoy the benefits of this activity which are proper circadian rhythm. You’ll have a night of better sleep and you’ll pride yourself on completing a task.
