Is it possible to lose weight in just 2 days?
Yes it is but it’s super temporary
What do I mean by that?
Now obviously you can’t lose a lot of fat in 2 days, but can lose water weight in 2 days
How can you do that?
Eat only fats and protein for 2 days and drink a lot of water, just make sure to eliminate carbohydrates for 2 days
In 2 days you’ll lose at least 1-2 kgs of water weight, but make sure to supplement with electrolytes especially (salt) to avoid cramps
Remember this is a temporary thing to do after you have attended the said event where you want to look lean
Refill all the depleted carbohydrates
