Blaming proven methods for your lack of achievements doesn’t work

Work or lose

work

I know it’s tough to change yourself but to get things we want we must change our actions and behaviour in a way which leads to the desired outcome

That’s why in today’s blog I want to cover how people blame or accuse how bulking is not working for them or how cutting is not working for them

for this you need to understand before blaming some proven formula that it isn’t working for you, you must check yourself to are you doing what you were told to do

For example: if you want to gain weight and your coach tells you to eat a certain amount of calories, and protein and rest a certain amount every 3-to-4 months and you don’t get the desired results you expected

You need to make sure that you did everything that you were told to do every single day and then you’re in a position to question him

I know this sounds rude but consider this from your perspective, imagine you have mastered a skill

And someone asks you to teach them how to become good at that said skill

Let’s assume to become good at that skill your student “needs” to do some actions every day

But he doesn’t and then complains about not getting good, how would you react

I know it’s difficult many times, not every day is the same as others, and you might not have the resources to complete certain actions

But that’s something you need to acknowledge and fix it as soon as possible

And also you can create a checklist to tick all the things you did for the day
