Why don’t I like to bulk or cut?

Should you bulk or cut?

bulk or cut

When I was 19 years old and first joined the gym

I saw other people in the gym, some were a bit fat and muscular

And some people were very skinny and very few of them were lean and very muscular at the same time

Now obviously I had a clear goal, I wanted to be jacked

But the problem was a lack of information about exercise and nutrition

Everyone had a different answer to my question

Some people said to be big you have to lift heavy weights for low reps and eat a lot of food

and some said to lift light weights for a lot of reps

Now I was confused, about what to do and which advice I should apply and invest my time in

So I took the “lift heavy and eat a lot” advice and started implementing it

8 months in I saw some changes, my strength increased but my muscle mass was less

I was like every other kid “impatient” and wanted fast results

Now after 1.5 years, my strength plateaued and I was frustrated, didn’t know what to do

So I started cutting took the 2nd person’s advice and continued

And guess what, I got weak because of lifting lighter weights for a lot of reps

But then how did I achieve the physique I currently have?

After wasting 3 years trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t.

I got to know that to build muscle you need to get stronger over time

And to lose fat you need to eat a specific amount of CALORIES every single day

Then I took action on that advice and 2 years from that, I finally had the physique I wanted

And by using that same principle I’ve helped many people to achieve their fitness goals
